• How we design and make to order?
  

• And how do you know you will get what you ordered?

I guess you have selected this site because your after something different, possibly with a Kiwi or New Zealand look.

Perhaps one of our existing designs has caught your eye, by working through some basic changes, we can often come up with an option that suites you.

However if you can't find what your after, or want  your idea's turned into a wearable design, we will spend time getting your ideas and either, drawing up designs or making up a sample item.

These can be photographed in detail for you to see, or if time allows, a sample can be sent to you for final approval .

We can also include samples of relevant stone or metal variations, also ring sizer sets, which are important where a "wide band" size is required, so that we are on the same page as far as finger sizes go.

Our aim through out this process, is to give you confidence, that you will get what you wanted when the actual item is made up, and there are no unwanted surprises.

"But won't this just add to the cost of what we are wanting ??"

Yes and no, we find the time spent on making up sample items actually saves time when we make up the real thing.

Also, we find we are able to give very accurate prices on metal and stones required, once we know exactly what we are making.

So in the end the cost factor does balance out,  you get a custom made item at a  reasonable price, and you know exactly what your getting.

To Start the process, we need to know:

• Is there an existing style on our website you are interested in, and the metal/stone preferences you would like.

• If you require a new design, we gather up your ideas and establish a price bracket to work within, then draw up some basic designs or make up a sample item .

• Once we have received feedback from you and are confident to move on to the make up stage of the actual item, a firm price is established and we can set up a "Custom order page" for you.
  

• There you can review progress of your intended order and we can post pictures as we progress and complete your item.

• At this point we require a half deposit to start the make up process, this amount will appear in the "shopping basket" of your custom order page.

• Payment can be made with your Visa or Master Card via our websites secure payment system.

• If we are sending you samples, a deposit  will be required which will either go towards your purchase, or, if you decide not to proceed, will be refunded to you once the sample is returned to us, less the postage and a handling fee of approx. NZ$30.00. (Please Note: this amount can vary depending on samples sent, but will always be clearly stated for each order)
  

• We will contact you when your item is completed and ready for shipping. You complete the final payment on your "Custom order " and we send you the item.

• At all times we will dialogue with you via email should you have questions and queries to be answered.

• Items come complete with a "Retail replacement" valuation with a full description of metal and stones used in the design.  
  

We enjoy taking the time, working with our customers to come up with designs that are crafted to fit them and their budget.

We manufacture in rose, yellow or white golds, platinum and silver.

We can supply fine diamonds in all shapes and colours also all coloured stones, sapphire , emerald and ruby, semi precious stones.Also green stone ,paua shell and paua pearls
