Hi and welcome to our custom order dept.
We realise purchasing over the internet has it's limitations.
We also recognise that jewellery items are very personnel, especially engagement and wedding rings.

These purchases need time and consideration for you to come through to that place, where you a satisfied and confident, this is the "right one" for us.

We enjoy working with and being a part of that process.
To these ends we have developed a comprehensive "sample service" which has become a popular way to  bridge the gap between a website picture or concept and to put in your hand, an example showing the design, quality and make of the item you intend to purchase from us.
Samples can be sent world wide as well as within New Zealand.

• So what is a Custom Order?  Custom orders are for items that fall outside our standard stock prices and specifications, and for items designed and made up to an individual customers needs.

• Sample Service: The "Sample Service" we offer you is a key component, that sits alongside our website, giving you access to our wedding and engagement ring styles, or if we have designed a completely new item for you, a way to see an example of your and our ideas.
  
  Samples are replica's of  the various existing styles we have, or an item made up for you, from a concept you have given us, and wish to see before committing to the make up of the real thing.

  Generally, samples are made up in silver and set with synthetic stones where required, but they represent the quality and finish, of the item you will purchase from us.
  We can also include stone samples and options and a set of "Ring Sizers" to help you establish the correct fit for your ring order.
  
  A deposit is required, then the samples you have indicated are sent to you. An amount is established to cover the items sent, this amount will go towards your final purchase, or refunded to you if you do not want to continue with your purchase, the postage and a service fee of approx. $25-35.00 will be retained.  

• Once you have received and are satisfied the design, price and details are right, the order is confirmed.
  We then require a half deposit to begin the makeup process, this amount will appear in the "Shopping Basket" on your custom order page, once your item is completed the balance is paid and the item sent to you.

• Your personal Custom order page, will cover order details such as, the style number, size and dimensions, stone and metal options, prices and expected delivery times.
  All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and for NZ delivery GST is added as you proceed through the "checkout".

• At the end of each order we will ask you to confirm the order details, if you have any query's, you can email us, or continue to complete your purchase.
