We realise purchasing over the internet has it's limitations.
We also recognise that jewellery items are very personnel, especially engagement and wedding rings.

These purchases need time and consideration for you to come through to that place, where you a satisfied and confident, this is the "right one" for me.

We enjoy working with and being a part of that process.
To help with this important decision, we have developed a comprehensive "sample service" which has become a popular way to  bridge the gap between a website picture or concept and to put in your hand, an example showing the design, quality and details of the item you intend to purchase.
Samples can be sent world wide as well as within New Zealand.

• So what is a Custom Order? 
  Custom orders are for stock items that customers would like to view before purchase and for those items that fall outside our standard stock specifications, items designed and made up to an individual customers needs.

• Sample Service:
  The "Sample Service" we offer you is a key component, that sits alongside our website, giving you access to our wedding, engagement and other ring styles, or if we have designed a completely new item for you, a way to see an example of your and our ideas, before purchasing.
  
  Samples are replica's of  the various existing styles we have, or an item made up for you, from a concept you have given us, and wish to see before committing to the make up of the real thing.

  Generally, samples are made up in silver and set with synthetic stones where required, but they represent the quality and finish, of the item you will purchase from us.
  We can also include  a set of "Ring Sizers" to help you establish the correct fit for your ring order.
  
  A deposit is required, then the samples you have indicated are sent to you
  An amount is established to cover the items sent, this amount will go towards your final purchase, or refunded to you if you do not want to continue with your purchase, the postage and a service fee of approx. $25-40.00 will be retained.  

• Once you have looked over and tried on the sample, advised us of any changes required, a price will be confirmed.
  
  When or if you are happy to move forward, a half deposit is payed, if samples have been returned, the amount payed to view them will be deducted from your first deposit, which will begin the makeup process, this amount will appear in the "Shopping Basket" on your custom order page.
  Once your item is completed the balance is paid and the item sent to you.

• Your personal Custom order page, will cover order details such as, the style number, finger size and dimensions, stone and metal details, prices and expected delivery times.
  All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and for NZ delivery GST is added as you proceed through the "checkout".
