These bands are very attractive and a popular choice for wedding, commitment or friendship rings, or just a beautiful gift for someone special with a real NZ connection.

Greenstone, or Maoris name Pounamu, is considered a prized and significant possession, especially when given as a gift.

This is a lighter example of our popular R286 and R286H style, features a strip of Pounamu New Zealand greenstone, inlayed flush across the top of a heavy(we do not hollow out the back of this band), solid  9ct.(.375) yellow gold band.
Details;
All, 9ct.(.375) yellow gold, width (top) 5.5mm. (back of band) 4.5mm.
Greenstone inlay is 3.5 wide.
This style has a slight taper toward the back of the band and has an inside "comfort curve", making this a very comfortable and easily worn ring.

Bands can be "Custom made" in a range of finger sizes  and metals, Stg Silver , 9ct, 18ct, yellow, rose or white golds also platinum.
The pounamu or NZ greenstone is available in a medium and dark Kawakawa also Kahurangi and Flower or Marsden coloration.

Note: Finger sizes need to be as accurate as possable, this band requires a "wide band' finger size fitting, available from most jewellery stores.

Greenstone is an extremely hard stone, having good wearing qualities, however, the stone will break or surface mark, when subjected to distortion, hard or abrasive wear conditions.
