Posting within New Zealand

  • All items are sent "Courier Post Signature required", delivery will take 1-2 days depending on the destination. Rural Delivery may take longer(we do not charge extra for Rural Delivery).

  • Items purchased over $100.00 postage is FREE  within New Zealand.

  • AS WE KEEP STOCK OF MOST PENDANT AND EARRING DESIGNS, GENERALLY DISPATCH WILL BE WITHIN TWO-FIVE DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

    ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING RINGS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, ALLOW A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS FOR THEIR MAKE UP, PLUS DELIVERY TIME.

    IF YOU REQUIRE A PRIORITY S.A.P. DELIVERY, PLEASE ADVISE AT THE TIME YOU ORDER.

All items sent from Pacific Treasures are covered until delivery is made, if an item purchased has to be returned to us we also cover this item within the Guarantee period(24 months from the purchase date).

  • IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS, PLEASE RETAIN ITEM AND PACKAGING AND CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL ARRANGE REDELIVERY AND RETURN OF PRODUCT TO YOU.

  • OUR "100% SATISFIED" GUARANTEE GIVES YOU 7 DAYS TO RETURN OUR PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED,GOODS NEED TO BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION. A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, LESS ANY RETURN POSTAGE FEES.

  • IF ANY PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY A FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED AND ANY RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES REFUNDED.

Direct Payment Solutions (hereinafter referred to as DPS) is committed to protecting your privacy as an internet user whenever you buy goods or services from a supplier who uses the DPS payment facilities. Your supplier will generally be using our facilities in connection with payment by you using a credit card over the internet. We recognize our responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information about you which we acquire in connection with such a transaction, whether directly from yourself or through the supplier.
