Hi Cristiana and Logan and welcome back to our Custom Order Dept.
Thank you for getting back to us, here we will confirm the recent changes to make on your rings.
Cristiana; We will make up as per the sample ring supplied but make it 1/2 size larger. Logan: We will make up the style R351 but the setting to be reduced to a similar size as the sample ring setting, size to be as per the sample ring.
Prices will remain the same but an extra NZ$70.00 required for Express DHL Courier, rings to be sent to your Spainish address.
Total for two rings,
NZ$6,539.00
Plus extra Post NZ$70.00
NZ$6,609.00
Less paid  NZ$500.00
Balance to pay,
NZ$6,109.00
We need you to get back to us asap to confirm these changes and we will start the make up process, once completed we will get back to you, then the remaining payment can be made.

Thank you for your recent payment, we now have Logans sample ring completed see pictured.

So just to review the order so far, we will make up two sample rings in stg silver set with the med. Kawakawa NZ greenstone, these rings will be replicas of the rings we will make up for you in platinum.
See pictured Cristianas ring, we have Logans sample ring in progress and should be completed next week.
We understand once you have received the sample rings and approved of the design and sizes we will make up the actual rings in platinum and they are to be sent to an Australian address.

I have setup the sample deposit amount (NZ$500.00) in the"Shopping basket" on this page.

Hi Cristiana and Logan and welcome to our Custom Order Dept.
Have adjusted stone details for your ring (see pictured example)
Thank you  for getting back to us, we understand you would like to move forward and have us make up the ,greenstone and kowhaiwhai design wedding rings  we have discussed with you, so will just review the details we have so far.
For Cristiana we will custom make up  style R335K (see pictured),  the kowhaiwhai design band will be set with a 4mm round NZ greenstone, medium Kawakawa colour.
Ring to be made up in all platinum, , finger size "K1/2", band width 7mm.
We have given you a price to complete,
NZ$1,587.00.
For Logan we will custom make up  the style similar to R351K (see pictured),  three sections of the kowhaiwhai design set with a medium Kawakawa greenstone.
Ring to be made up in all platinum, , finger size "T1/2", band width 8.5mm.
We have given you a price to complete,
NZ$4,950.00.
Total for the two rings,
NZ$6,539.00
We understand the rings are to be sent to the EU and completed approx. by the end of May 2024.
When you  ready, the one third deposit amount (NZ$2,179.00) required, has been entered into the "Shopping basket" on this page, once paid, this will confirm we have all details correct and start the makeup process.
The make up time will be approx. three-four weeks.
