New Zealand green stone (Nephrite Jade)

Maoris name Pounamu(po naa mu).

Carved and shaped to form an adze or Toki pendant, measures 40mm. long x 18mm wide(1"5/8inch x 11/16").

This pendant features a tightly woven corded top which forms into, an easily adjusted woven cord.
Traditionally the Toki or adze head was a work tool used for chopping, shaping and carving.
When worn it represents the potential, where men and women rightly and fairly govern, serve and lead others, true wisdom, authority and leadership, will be given.
All pendants will be sent to you boxed with a  full description about New Zealand green stone, and this pendants special meaning.
