This example is set with Kawakawa pounamu or NZ greenstone, and features a carved Kowhaiwhai design which extends around the band.
Pounamu is considered a prized and significant possession, especially when given as a gift.
Details for this item;
An inlayed strip of Pounamu, set across the top of a heavy, solid (we do not hollow out the back of this style) 9ct yellow gold band, 8.5mm wide.
The carved kowhaiwhai design band has a slight taper toward the back of the band, with an inside "comfort curve", making this a very comfortable and easily worn ring.
Stock size; UK "T1/2", US 10.
Bands can be "Custom made" to your finger size.

Stg silver (.925 ), 9ct,18ct, yellow, white and rose golds, also platinum.
Supply your finger size, and choice of greenstone colour prefered (see options below), we will custom make a beautiful and unique piece of NZ jewellery art for you.
Greenstone colour options;
Kahurangi, a light, apple green.
Kawakawa available as a medium and darker green.
Flower or Marsden, a beautiful mossy green colouration.

Note: This style requires a "wide band" finger size, available from most jewellery stores, finger sizes need to be as accurate as possable as the fitted, greenstone inlay, does limit major resizing of these bands.
